It is in nearly perfect condition and fully functional in every way, the paint was just applied a bit too thin, resulting in a rougher texture than we normally shoot for. It doesn't affect the aesthetics--you probably won't notice; its just not quite as smooth as our typical piece.

You may purchase it as-is or pay a bit more for us to refinish it, resulting in a new condition piece.
